Process and Knowledge Framework

A process is a means of developing new knowledge. Innovation needs a process that is complete, flexible, efficient, comprehensive and that adapts to the inevitable ambiguities, uncertainties, incompleteness and qualitative aspects inherent in the front end. The process components are designed create the knowledge components that innovation requires.

The methods and tools employed by each of the process components are specifically designed to accommodate the particular source of the data and information from which the knowledge is being developed.
